Dunclug and District Residents Association was formed in 1976.  We are a constituted group and registered as a charity.  We give a voice to the residents on social and housing issues.  We work in partnership with all groups listed in the Dunclug Partnership Group.

Our main aims are as follows:-

To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Dunclug area (hereinafter described as “the area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, race, political, religious, disability, carer or non-carer, by associating the statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education, and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

We voluntarily manage the Community Centre on licence from Ballymena Borough Council in a responsible manner for the benefit of all residents as part of the provision of recreation and community facilities provided by Ballymena Borough Council.
