The subway leading out of Millfield according to residents is being mis used by local youth.Alcohol, drugs and broken bottles are a constant complaint from any locals using the subway.Anti social behaviour including youths urinating in the subway are a constant nuisance. One resident who did not want to be named stated”the subway should be closed it is a disgrace and is not used “.A meeting with roads services has been arranged to discuss the situation.
